This site is dedicated to the memory of
Theresa Elizabeth Pageau, who was Bill’s
girlfriend until her death in 2001. The site is
meant not only to serve as a loving tribute to
a special woman, but also to educate its
visitors about such critical health issues as
Marfan Syndrome, organ donation, and
transplantation.

Equal-Opportunity Gourmet is basically an
online magazine featuring reviews of food
items. While the other publications are trying
to keep up with haute cuisine and new, exotic
dishes, EOG delves into anoften maligned
region of the food spectrum: snacks, soft
drinks, and convenience foods. As the
banner says, it’s “Junk Food For Thought”.
